At Scalpers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization code.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, pristine condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
